About the work:
This is a project of a new city built atop an old one, created in collaboration with architect Alfredo Brillemburg. The old city here is represented by the center of Paris, with its iconic landmarks: Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, the River Seine, the catacombs, and in the distance, Montmartre. For me, this is not so much a design proposal as it is an opportunity to reflect on the future of architecture. After all, it was in the heart of Paris where Le Corbusier proposed to build his Plan Voisin.
